So this will be my first standard deck since I dropped from playing the format way back in like 2005. I was about 16 years old when my life went down the drains and I lost my mother and my father and I had to become an adult. I had to lose my hobby, which only just recently this year some friends dragged me back into. I am 30 now, and a little nervous about making something so "Sweaty" and "Competitive" but I cannot hurt to try and maybe get some opinions. Without Further adieu here is my first standard deck, Mardu Aristocrats.

I was inspired by MTG Goldfish, as I watched this youtube video https://youtu.be/jGQeVP075uA and I figured I would give my hand at making a deck based on this; and yes, I too screamed at the plays he made in some of the games...

Here is a link to the original deck list, https://tinyurl.com/ybcwbwr4 , I believe it was Seth? who made it. He probably found it somewhere else and tried his hand at the inspiration.

The idea is pretty simple, we are going to try an Aggro and Control the field of creature and tried to ping out opponents to death. Teysa Karlov is also included more heavily then the main list, as I am looking to capitalize on the Death triggers of Judith and Floodlight. I almost want to dabble more deeply into the Afterlife Mechanic but I feel that would water down the idea this deck has too much. Teysa's inclusion is kind of a way to get my opponents into a bind, if they thing "We can just sweep the board and take the small damage from Judith." then we play a Teysa and the damage is now doubled making a sweep much more dangerous.

These are the thoughts I have though, I am welcome to constructive criticism, if you are ignorant I will just ignore you. We are here to share and learn and have fun, no need to be rude to me or each other.

Have a wonderful day every, Necro out.

TL;DR
It is Mardu, what more do you want?
