To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Yes, I already hear "Mill is weak in EDH", and yes, you are right. But not if you use it for something else, something more Dimir.
This is why Anowon, the Ruin Thief is an interesting take, of course we will go with rogues, with creatures like Marang River Prowler, Slither Blade, Rankle, Master of Pranks, Oona's Blackguard, Sure-Footed Infiltrator and Stinkdrinker Bandit are a good example.
But then what? We swing, for what, 3 or 4 damage? Yes but we will slowly mill the opponent. Here starts the fun.
Some creatures like Zareth San, the Trickster, Thieves' Guild Enforcer, Nighthawk Scavenger really loves full graveyards, while other cards will be cheap thanks to the ability of Prowl, like Enigma Thief, Knowledge Exploitation, and Thieves' Fortune.
And why not to play some fun guys, like Blighted Agent, True-Name Nemesis, Oona, Queen of the Fae and Sygg, River Cutthroat? Old mechanichs are always good.
Oh, and don't forget to make your rogues stronger with Inkfathom Witch, Nighthowler, Adaptive Automaton, Coat of Arms, and to protect them, with Cloak and Dagger, Swiftfoot Boots, Protective Bubble and Whispersilk Cloak.
Now that the table-friendly strategy is gone, it's time for the real strategy. Graveyard reanimator-stealing.
Why not to use some cards from another graveyard, why not to use cards like Whispersteel Dagger, Animate Dead, Hedonist's Trove, Reanimate, Necromantic Selection, Mnemonic Betrayal, Ghastly Conscription, Memory Plunder, Zareth San, the Trickster, or Geth, Lord of the Vault. Very very frustrating in my opinion.
Like oh, great terror of the peaks you got there...dead. What a waste...
And that is it, not a competitive deck, but a little expensive. If you buy the Zendikar Commander Deck, by the way, you will pay a ton less.
Hope you like it, and remember, have friends is boring.
Enjoy :)
