Character Concept Deck (Casual)

I wanted to make a deck that would represent an OC. I understand it is possible to create a character around any existing deck but I wanted to do something special to me.

The method of making this deck is to first use the character sheet on D&D Beyond, skipping past the race and class, using only the description section because of it's layout and detail it goes in. This is to give me flexibility that Magic gives, seeing as they have pretty much ret-conned creations unable to get Planeswalker sparks now, I say almost anything goes (Angels Demons, Nyxborn, etc. But nothing silly like a simple Frog or Goose planeswalking, things of Goblin and above intellect)

Being a character concept, unless it can be explained in backstory why they would have a legendary creature or a named character or place card in the deck it can not be added. And of course the character must be believable, no Larry Stu/Mary Sue OC's.

I am using the Legacy banned list and a budget of $65
