Edgar Markov Vampires (EDH / Commander) [Revision 9]

Hey guys, this is the latest update on my vampire tribal commander deck.

This was my first game ready Commander Deck! I chose Edgar Markov because I always wanted to play a vampire deck and when I saw the "eminence" ability of Edgar, it was clear for me to build a deck around him. So Edgar Markov can produce tokens in the commander zone, while most of the other legendary commanders have to be on the battlefield to get their abilities, where they can be removed. And it is even more dangerous for our commanders in these times because of the new commander rules (if you know how, you can "jail" your opponents commander in exile forever). BUT Edgar don't cares.

The combination of black, red and white is also very nice. I think it is not the fastest deck, because there are not many cards you can play for 1 mana. But through the good lifegain it shouldn´t be a problem to take some damage points in the early rounds of the game. My latest updates will also help to speed up a little bit.

To sum it up, most of the card were to expensive in terms of mana costs, are outdated because there are now better alternatives or just don't fit anymore (because I want to push a little bit the +1/+1 "topic").

Why these changes?

• added 2 additional cards for protection (before just Teferi's Protection) because I run to often in boardwhipes.
• pushed a little on the +1/+1 counters
• changed my boardwhipes to new ones because I don't want to whipe my good stuff also
• instead of Coat of Arms which is really bad when you play against other tribals (my oppinion ;), I chose Shared Animosity and Cover of Darkness
