To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This deck is another one of my BO3 format jank decks! This time focusing of two different jank combos: Fall of Thran land destruction, followed by pummelling the opponent with a metric ton of lands.
The first game is fairly straight forward, we setup the remorseful cleric into fall of thran combo, exiling their lands from their graveyard. Which should cause an insta-concede. If it doesn't, you just mill them out, using mending of dom & gaea's blessing to recur cards from the graveyard. Or you could smash face with a cleric. Whatever takes your fancy.
After the first game, opponents may think "Aha! I'll simply bring in enchantment hate or counterspells or my dreaded unmoored ego." But to their surprise we are no longer a combo deck, no we are now a bleed you to death slowly with my tokens deck! (Or mill, because the painful slow mill win is the best kind of win)
The swap:
3 x Fall of Thran
3 x Karn, Scion of Urza
3 x Remorseful Cleric
For:
2 x Scapeshift
2 x Sylvan Awakening
2 x The Immortal Sun
3 x World Shaper
The second game runs much like the first; control using board sweeps, removing threat (Teffi-boi etc.) all whilst trying to ramp hard with World Shaper, mending, Scapeshift before dropping a huge Sylvan Awakening and punching them in the face with our deck.
If there is a game 3, simply look to use the strategy which suits you. (Me, I go for mill...)
