Locust God likes to Party (EDH / Commander)

The objective of this deck is to get The Locust God out, protect him, and make a ton bugs.

This will be my primary deck in a FLGS league where everyone goes for the points, with winning only normally happening after all the positive points have been acquired. Meta is a 6 to an 8 on a scale of 10 due to the point system.

Positive Points - All but the first one are drawn randomly from the top of a deck with 4 showing:
1) First to attack someone and do damage
2) Do 10 damage to a player (2 of these are in the deck)
3) Destroy a land with an ability other than mana
4) Attack each player in the pod (2 of these are in the deck)
5) Play the 4th spell this turn
6) Play 3 different permanents this turn
7) Exile 2 cards from the field or 5 from the graveyard
8) Exile/Counter/Destroy a 6CMC or greater card
9) Cause another player to draw or gain life
10) Cause two or more enchantments or artifacts to leave the battlefield
11) Destroy Weekly Target - Typically a staple like Sol Ring or Reliquary Tower or card type e.g. planeswalker or Legendary Creature

Negative Points - Gets assigned/earned whenever you do one of following:
1) Killing anyone before turn 5
2) Looping anything more than 4 times
3) Destroying more than 2 lands for any one player
4) Take more than 2 turns in a row
