UG Sushi (EDH / Commander)

This deck is designed thematically and mechanically around sea monsters. Quick and easy way to decide if something belongs in the deck is to decide if you would be happy or sad to play it with Whelming Wave, or if Kiora wants to be friends with it. As such, the deck is built to be decently powerful while maximizing the number of relevant Kracken, Leviathans, Octopuses, and Serpents. Merfolk are welcome but not prioritized, as they are generally smaller than desired.

How will I win?
Sea Monsters! (Especially if I bounce everything BUT the Sea Monsters.)

How will I draw cards?
There are three types of draw spells this deck likes, it will use some combination of them from among the available flavor matching cards.

• Creatures that draw a card on entering the battlefield, which can be bounced to be reused.
• Big draw spells that make use of the abundant mana in the deck.
• Very small draw spells (repeatable?) that can be used to quickly trigger the commander's 4 spells clause.

How will I stay alive?
Many bounce spells
UG removal that is versatile, but gives tokens.

How will I be resilient?
(Formerly drawing so many cards.)
Hexproof threats?

What are the deck's major weaknesses?
Removal actually hurts a lot because each threat takes so much mana investment. Also some fort/prison effects if I can't remove them.
