Make your friends CRY (Modern)

For most Magic software, including Magic Workstation and Cockatrice:

For MTG Arena:

For Magic Online (MTGO):

For others:

To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

(-> Your Settings)

Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Please select the columns you would like to see:

Be an asshole, destroy everything, kill everything and make your friends cry.

  • Kill every opponent’s creature, don’t let him even play. (If possible when Quest for the Gravelord and/or Blood Artist is in the battlefield)

  • Use Crypt Incursion and Suffer the Past to gain life (and also remove creatures/spells that can return in the game from the graveyard). Suffer the past is also an easy way to deal damage to your opponent.

  • Use Surgical Extraction to destroy your opponent’s tactics by removing from his deck each copy of a card you already killed

  • Use Tragic Slip to destroy indestructible creatures if your opponent’s have some. If they don’t just use it like a “destroy target creature” spell

  • Block with creatures, don’t worry about it, they’re made to destroy opponent’s one

Sideboard:

  • Use Glaring Spotlight to remove hexproof from your opponent’s creatures if needed. You can also sacrifice it to protect your creatures this turn and dealing damage with them (they’re unlockable)

  • Use Fatal Push against spawn or aggro decks

  • Add Extirpate if Surgical Extraction is not enough or exchange them if your opponent’s uses a control deck with many counterspells.
