Combos:

Combo #1: The Scarab God + Sage of the Falls: infinite Locust tokens

Cast Sage of the Falls. Its ETB trigger allows us to draw and discard a card. (It is a "may" effect.) The card draw will create another Locust token. Before your library runs out of cards, we will draw Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre. Once we do, we can discard Ulamog to shuffle our graveyard back into your library. In this way, we can keep going as long as we want. The tokens all have haste, so we can use them to kill our opponents the same turn.

Note that as we are doing this, we can sculpt your hand. Better grab a counterspell against board wipes!

Combo #2: The Scarab God + Skullclamp + Ashnod's Altar: unlimited card draw + 1 colorless mana for every 2 cards drawn (actually X/2 - 1, where X = cards drawn)

Attach Skullclamp to a Locust token. It dies, so we draw 2 cards, creating 2 Locust tokens. Sacrifice one Locust token to Ashnod's Altar, and use one of the mana generated to attach Skullclamp to the other. Each time we do this we net one colorless mana and draw 2 cards.

We cannot keep going forever, since we will eventually draw our library. We could run Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac to turn this into a win condition. More amusingly, we could run Patchwork Gnomes as a free discard outlet, which would allow us to discard any number of cards for free. By discarding Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, we could can going forever. Then we can cast Gemstone Array to turn the colorless mana into colored mana, and sink this into The Scarab God's triggered ability to create infinite Locust tokens, similar to the first combo above. But these additional cards serve no purpose outside the combo, so we choose not to run them.

Even without going infinite, this combo still generates a crazy amount of value:

• We can cast Gemstone Array to turn the colorless mana into colored mana (at the price of 1 for 2), allowing us to cast colored spells. For example, if Sage of the Falls is in our library, we can cast it and start the infinite combo above.

• We can cast Library of Leng to keep our hand.

• We can cast Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre.

Combo #3: The Scarab God + Skullclamp + Mana Echoes: unlimited card draw + even more colorless mana

This combo works essentially like the one above, but the amount of mana created by Mana Echoes is even greater.

Combo #3: Fatestitcher + Illusionist's Bracers: infinite mana

Attach Illusionist's Bracers to Fatestitcher. Now tapping Fatestitcher generates two untap triggers. Use one to untap Fatestitcher, the other to untap a land. You can repeat this to generate infinite colored mana.

This in turn can be put into The Locust God's activated ability to create an infinite number of Locust tokens. Note that you can always discard Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre to prevent yourself from decking yourself. You can also win by casting Thassa's Oracle when your library is almost empty.

Illusionist's Bracers costs 5 mana to cast and equip, and Fatestitcher can be returned from the graveyard for 1 mana, so it is quite feasible to put both on the board on the same turn.

Fatestitcher can also be used for ramp. If you untap a Sol Ring or Mana Crypt, it acts like another copy that costs 3 mana.

Notable Exclusions:

Mass Polymorph: with enough Locust tokens, this can get us every creature in the deck on the battlefield. This is a very powerful effect, but it is not clear it is a wincon because we lose The Scarab God. Of course we can recast him, but that is expensive. We could run Hellkite Courser to put The Scarab God onto the battlefield for the turn, and then win with combo #1. (Need to think through the triggers to make sure this works.) We could run Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur. But again this requires cards that are dead without the combo.
