To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
I play with proxies, so if you want this for real and you're not looking to lose an arm and a leg (or several) there's a more budget version at https://deckstats.net/decks/124735/2297071-budget-bluyo-bullshit
Originally an old list by Toriku.
This list has lots of lines, but the crux of the deck is using Uyo, Silent Prophet to copy Eternal Dominion. Uyo obviously can copy your own spells, but she's also a 4/4 flying body that threatens to copy that Swords to Plowshares that the white player in your pod has been eyeing all game. It's nice to have a combo piece in the command zone, but if we want to copy a ten CMC spell multiple times, we need a prohibitively large amount of mana. That's where our Mana Doublers come in. Ideally, you tutor for Lens or Caged Sun, and then use cards that untap lands (Mana Muddlers) to get extra value from each tap, then use that mana to cast Eternal Dominion and copy it lots of times with Uyo. Below is a list of combos, some infinite. Remember that casting 10 Eternal Dominion is more fun for the table than 300.
• Uyo + Patron of the Moon + Amulet of Vigor + Mana Doubler is infinite mana, infinite copies.
• Palinchron + Mana Doubler is infinite mana
• Training Grounds/Illusionist's Bracers/Heartstone + Uyo + Patron of the Moon + Amulet of Vigor is infinite copies, with any mana doubler it is also infinite mana.
• Turnabout/Walking Atlas + Uyo can also do crazy stuff. You can figure it out.
It's also worth nothing you can activate Uyo after an epic spell has resolved, since abilities (and lands) are not spells. If you want to make the deck better... I don't know. Play Expropriate instead, and cram extra turn spells. Add generic good blue pieces.
