To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This is a casual EDH deck that aims at being a powerlevel 6/10. It has powerful cards, but it's slow and clunky. It can go infinite, but only with quite a bit of setup.
The main theme is Sagas. However, unlike some other saga decks, this is not just built around resolving as many saga chapters as possible. Instead it's built around making the sagas shine. One commonality between a lot of the good sagas is the graveyard theme. The eldest reborn, the mending of dominaria, the mirari conjecture, elspeth conquers death etc. They all deal with the graveyard. So this deck has a lot of graveyard synergies. Reanimation, sacrifice etc.
To compliment this theme, I have a "enters the battlefield" subtheme, with yarok and blink spells.
Lastly I have added an energy package. Refiner is a good blink target, demon of dark schemes is a great reanimation card and marvel fits with the sacrifice themes. Atraxa can also proliferate the energy counters for extra value.
Going infinite:
The current iteration only has one way of going infinite, without stealing an opposing blood artist or similar. That is by taking infinite turns with Time Warp or Temporal Manipulation.
Eternal witness + thassa/soulherder/ephemirate + time warp:
Blink eternal witness every turn and get back time warp to recast.
The mirari conjecture + flicker of fate + time warp:
Cast the mirari conjecture, cast time warp, go to turn 2
trigger chapter 2, get back time warp, cast it, cast flicker, flickering conjecture, retriggering chapter 1, getting back flicker of fate. Go to turn 3, trigger chapter 2, getting back time warp, cast flicker of fate etc repeat.
the mirari conjecture + starfield of nyx + time warp:
have to get to chapter 3 of conjecture, then play time warp (copied), and starfield.
pass to extra turn 1
return conjecture triggering chap 1 and 2, get back time warp, pass to extra turn 2
trigge chapter 3, cast time warp (copied), loop.
