Just typical mono-blue things --- like going 8 wide with 6/6 flying wrecking machines.
This deck looks to ramp hard with artifacts, get Unesh out early, fact or fiction for 4 into more Sphinxes, get unlimited hand-size, have Sphinxes cost 5 less, and Sphinx until your hand is 40 deep your opponents are dead on board. There are a handful of counters and one-sided clears to protect things once the Sphinx-storm is rolling.
The deck runs Commit//Memory in the event you Fact or Fiction for 4 your entire library away. You may be wondering why no Laboratory Maniac ? Last I checked 'human wizard' is not a Sphinx. You may now be wondering 'Hey aren't Trophy Mage and Treasure Mage also human wizards?', well it turns out that Sphinxes really like Urza's Incubator and Omen Machine , unfortunately human mages haven't figured out fetching 4 drop artifacts yet cause Sphinxes love Panharmonicon like SPBKASO loves Panharmonicon. Actually forget human mages... how about a Sphinx Mage that tutors a 4 drop artifact.
When you fact or fiction for 4, prioritize taking the pile with Sphinxes to keep the cycle going unless you've already got a couple in hand. The deck is close to 25% Sphinx, so you'll average one per FoFf4. Maintaining Sphinx density in the deck is pretty critical. Glyph Keeper and Vizier of Many Faces can be embalmed if you run out of Sphinxes. Usually a new Sphinx every set or two, so always worth checking for potential upgrades although the last couple have not been mono-blue.
