This is a Pauper EDH (PDH) combo list. For those who are unaware, Pauper EDH is a format much like regular EDH, however your commander can be any creature that has been printed at uncommon. Every other card in the deck needs to have been printed as a common at some point in time.
This deck looks to win by going infinite in a number of ways outlined below. There are 3 pieces to the combo.
Piece 1: Warden of the Eye (commander) / Archaeomancer / Mnemonic Wall
Piece 2: Displace / Ghostly Flicker. Can tutor for these with Drift of Phantasms or Merchant Scroll.
Piece 3 option A: Peregrine Drake.
Piece 3 option B: Cloud of Faeries + High Tide / Azorius Chancery / Izzet Boilerworks / Boros Garrison / Goblin Electromancer. Relevant tutors here include Merchant Scroll, Muddle the Mixture, Expedition Map.
= Infinite mana, infinite ETBs, infinite cast triggers. Outlets include Impact Tremors, Soul Warden, Beetleback Chief, Firebrand Archer. If going the Cloud of Faeries route, high tide or 2 of the 3 karoos or 1 karoo plus Goblin Electromancer is required to generate infinite mana, but only 1 karoo or the Electromancer is required for infinite cast or ETB triggers.
Card draw and countermagic help to quickly find and protect the combo pieces, respectively.
By far, the all-star cards of this deck are Ghostly Flicker and Displace. They syngergise so well with Warden of the Eye and the other redundancy pieces like Archaeomancer, allowing us to re-use our ETB triggers without losing a card. This can help provide card advantage, retain the monarchy, or control our opponent's board. They also allow us to block safely (flickering the blockers before damage) and can provide us with avenues towards victory without necessarily going infinite.
