Polymogrify (budget) (Modern)

Gameplan:
Control through the opponent's gameplan while generating at least one token and searching for your Polymorph / Transmogrify. That token will be targeted with those to get the only creature out of your library: Emrakul, the Aeons Torn (or Progenitus for even more budget reasons) and have an more or less instant win.

Color choice:
I was unsure about which combination of colors would be best since the 4:1 between Polymorph and Transmogrify can be swapped depending on which color is played mainly. So it was a question of whether red, blue or white provides the lowest value for the deck.
The reason why I choose jeskai (azorius with a red splash) was:

1. blue - I wanted to have counters and digging cards
2. white - The Birth of Meletis... it does everything this decks wants (ramp, helps surviving/lifegain, makes a token). And white has good token-generating instants
3. red splash - Deafening Clarion... is the best budget mass removal I could find in that colors and on cmc 3.

Abandoning blue here would mean you have no counters to protect your Polymorph / Transmogrify. Without white it would have been difficult to have consistent ways of making tokens on instant speed.
If you are interested: the maybeboard shows the cards I would have considered if red was a main color here.

The explanations on some budget cards show upgrade options to them.
Of course the manabase is not perfect but budgetized as much as possible. With more consistance in the manabase it is possibly to play Blinkmoth Nexus or Khalni Garden to have more targets for Polymorph / Transmogrify.
