This deck revolves around setting the board to cast powerful horrors, Stitched Drake and Skaab Ruinator, with Neoform as drop 2 creatures, ignoring their additional costs.
Wasteland Viper and Ambush Viper are useful to eliminate annoying opponent's creatures while blocking (Ambush Viper) or attacking (Wasteland Viper).
Some cards to speed up the game and reach Neoform early in the game: Anticipate, Augur of Bolas.
See Beyond can be a good card to shuffle Skaab Ruinator from your hand in the deck, then cast it from it with Neoform.
Stream of Thought, when the game is too long or when your opponent has too many removals, makes you shuffle your creatures and Neoform in your deck, to repeat the strategy again.
While waiting for Neoform to be drawed, Viridian Emissary is a good blocking creature (when not sacrificed to cast horrors).
Then Ranger's Guile protects your skaabs from the opponent's spells and eventually you can return them to your hand with Unsummon.
