Budget Modern Deck based on elementals and lands.
The strategy of this deck is to drop a lot of lands to trigger Phylath, World Sculptor's ability and pump plant tokens.
For this reasons, many spells and creatures focus on fetching lands directly with Sakura-Tribe Elder for basic lands and Farseek for mana fixing (Cinder Glade, Canopy Vista and Prairie Stream). Yasharn, Implacable Earth helps a bit but it's mainly here for his body and for some matchups (and obviously because it's an elemental).
Risen Reef triggers Phylath, World Sculptor or makes card advantage every time you cast an elemental creating an army of big plant tokens.
Flamekin Harbinger in presence of Risen Reef tutors Phylath, World Sculptor or other elementals.
Condemn, Shock, Conclave Tribunal and Flame Slash slow down your opponent while Tajic, Legion's Edge protects your plants and elementals from bolts.
Cloudshift also protects your creatures against removls but can also be used to trigger your elementals's abilities.
Since it can be quite difficult to build your strategy in the first turns, Retreat to Kazandu gives you extra life every time you drop a land.
