Dimir flash with three subthemes which all support each other. The win con is not milling, but milling is used to enable powerful effects-

Ashiok's Erasure - Counter, Flash, locks out opponent's win con.
So Tiny - Flash, Mill, combos well with Slitherwisp for a single U flash trigger and helps the deathtouchers to kill something without trading as a combat trick.
Into The story - Mill, most of the time will be a 2UU draw 4. Can brick occasionally, but a 4 card draw has saved the day more often than it's lost it.
Rewind - Counter, enables a counter followed by a flash creature in the opponent's turn.
Didn't Say Please - Counter, Mill, costly for a counter, but helps massively to enable Drown in the Loch and Thieves Guild Enforcer.
Drown in the Loch - Mill, Counter, Removal, incredibly cheap and versatile once only a few cards have been milled.
Lochmere Serpent - Mill, Flash, usually a win con, and not many see a 7/7 in the end-step coming. Can also be used to purge the opponent's graveyard and return to the hand.
Slitherwisp - Flash, slowly drains the opponent but also keeps momentum with steady card draw.
Brazen Borrower - Flash, Rogue, excellent value and pressure.
Faerie Vandal - Flash, Rogue, a growing threat that can keep the sky blocked to annoying small flyers. Combos well with Slitherwisp and can gain counters unexpectedly to perform game winning blocks.
Cunning Nightbonder - Flash, Rogue, makes flash cheaper and uncounterable, particularly useful for early Lochmere Serpent or cheaper Ashiok's Erasure.
Blacklance Paragon - Flash, essentially a cheap killspell and lifegain, but can also exert pressure if needed.
Thieves Guild Enforcer - Flash, Rogue, Mill, excellent card in this deck which enables almost every other card.

SIDEBOARD
Eat to Extinction - Useful for removing Gods or Planeswalkers.
Pharika's Libation - One of the only ways for UB to remove enchantments, can also remove Gods.
Necromentia - Can snipe combo pieces or other essential parts of decks before they hit the board, zombie tokens are easy to clean up.
Mystical Dispute - Cheap counter vs. blue.
Stolen By the Fae - Can flood the board with some aggro late game, particularly to buy time vs. flyers.
Epic Downfall - Another way to tackle Gods.
Eliminate - Another option for Planeswalkers ~ best candidate for replacement with new set.

This deck has made it Diamond (Arena) so far.
