To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Jeskai combo deck. Not super tuned, but when it goes off it goes off hard.
The basic plan is this: Stick Elsha of the Infinite, stick Ugin, the Ineffable or Kykar, Wind's Fury, stick Sensei's Divining Top, draw your entire deck for free, play Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and draw out. GG.
The deck revolves around manipulating the top of your library in order to get the best Elsha casts, and effectively Storm off growing her to a ridiculous level. Then, smash to win by Commander damage, and when blocked either capitalise using Impact Resonance as removal or Temur Battle Rage to slide in and win anyway - or both! Cantrips are a big deal here, as are cards like Dig Through Time and Impulse. Narset, Parter of Veils is flavourful and ridiculously powerful, and hitting Narset Transcendant's ultimate wins games. Keep Jace, Wielder of Mysteries alive or just don't cast him at all costs - there is absolutely no recursion for permanents cards 4 CMC or higher, so if he dies your win condition is Commander damage.
You may have noticed a high Planeswalker density in this deck. This is because Jeskai Superfriends is a hilarious concept, and also because I like Jace and Narset. Chandra is in the deck for topdeck manipulation, Ugin wins the game if he sticks around, and Ral can be really funny alongside e.g. Dig Through Time. Teferi is just nuts in this format, and really helps slow the game down enough to locate the combo pieces, and Saheeli generates blockers whilst having an ability that allows her to duplicate Sol Ring (!!!). Jace, Memory Adept in particular is great fun in this format, as milling 10 each turn in a singleton format turns out to be pretty good.
One big weakness of this deck is its reliance on Sensei's Divining Top, hence it having Trinket Mage to tutor for it and Sevinne's Reclamation to get it back on the field if opponents layer removal. See also: Underworld Breach.
Of note is that this can technically win turn 3, with an almost perfect draw:
T1 Island -> Sol Ring -> Izzet Signet
T2 Plains -> Kykar, Wind's Fury -> Sensei's Divining Top (1 Spirit)
T3 Mountain -> Pyretic Ritual tapping Sol Ring and Izzet Signet (2 Spirits) (CRRR in pool) -> CRR on Chromatic Lantern (3 Spirits) (R in pool) -> Tap Top to draw Azorius Signet -> Sacrifice a Spirit to Kykar (2 Spirits, RR in pool) -> Azorius Signet (3 Spirits) -> Elsha of the Infinite, sacrificing 3 Spirits to Kykar and tapping anything with Azorius Signet -> Recast Top and draw with it until there are 0 cards in your library (i.e. Jace, Wielder of Mysteries is now in hand) -> Sacrifice a Spirit to Kykar and tap for BBB to cast Jace -> Draw with Top to win.
Obviously this will basically never happen, but it's cool to think it can!
