Five packs per player. 12 cards per pack. So you end up with a draft pool of 60 instead of the typical 45 (3 x 15). This is because the conspiracies can be hard to enable, so they will end up taking up some space in your draft pool. A larger draft pool is meant to compensate for the "junk" that will be in there.
With very few exceptions, mythics/rares appear at 1 copy, uncommons at 2 copies, and commons at 3 copies. This is to help the conspiracies function.
