Untested. Idea is to tutor up Flash + Protean Hulk. This deck probably isn't viable in any meta with Ashiok, Dream Render, but it's pretty fun (except against said Ashiok).
Example goldfish turns:
T1: Land, Elf
T2: Land, Kiora, untap mana with Kiora -1, Worldly Tutor (1) for Spellseeker
T3: Worldly Tutor (3) for Protean Hulk
T4: Land, Spellseeker, fetch and cast Flash, infinite turns
or
T1: Land, Elf
T2: Land, Kiora, untap with Kiora -1, Worldly Tutor (1) for Fauna Shaman
T3: Land, Fauna Shaman, Worldly Tutor (3) for Protean Hulk
T4: Land, Activate Shaman to fetch and cast Spellseeker, fetch and cast flash, infinite turns
Hopefully you'll have tutors in hand to speed things up or leave more mana open. Of course, a turn 1 lock is possible with Mox/Petal + Land + Flash + Hulk in hand. Remember not to use Summoner's Pact if you can't afford it next turn.
Flash + Protean Hulk -> Ezuri, Claw of Progress + Sage of Hours + four CMC 0 Creatures = Infinite Turns
Wins you the game if not interrupted, and it doesn't matter if any of the 0 CMC creatures are in your hand or your deck. You can even use another creature to get an Ezuri trigger if need be.
Current backup strategy is to tutor for and beat with Craterhoof and/or ramped up 0 CMC creatures and/or Protean Hulk itself, or try and assemble Ezuri + Sage manually. Getting even 3 experience counters with him is good.
Probably could take more advantage of Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner's draw trigger. In a pinch you can hardcast a 0 CMC creature and get a draw.
