To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This deck is built around Astral Drift, there are tons of lands with cycling to trigger the effect. The cycled lands are returned with Tilling Treefolk, which can be blinked with Astral Drift.
Evoke trick (Vesperlark and Mulldrifter):
Evoke one of these, the scarifice trigger goes on the stack. Now cycle a land and blink it out. Let the sacrifice resolve -> nothing is there to sacrifice. When the card returns, you don't have to sacrifice it anymore. Repeat this to trigger these cards effects over and over again.
Riftsweeper + Flickerwisp
Exile your opponents creatures with Astral Drift (or anything with Flickerwisp) and return it to its owners library, before it can return to the battlefield with Riftsweeper.
Arboreal Grazer and Coiling Oracle help with mana development, as a lotof the lands enter tapped. They can be blinked with Astral Drift or revived with Vesperlark for additional value.
Also keep in mind, that cycling is instant speed, use it as a combat trick a lot. Exile enemy attackers (with trample or if you're missing a blocker) or your own blockers (to prevent their death) to survive. Blink out your creatures, if they are targeted with removal or blink out a tapped creature after attacking and have them ready to block (as they enter untapped at the end of turn).
Don't be affraid to let your <=1 Power creatures die, they can esily be brought back with Vesperlark. However take good care of Riftsweeper, Vesperlark and Mulldrifter, once they're gone they won't come back so easily. If you play against a lot of removal and find your important pieces being killed, swap in Reveillark from the sideboard and you can bring back every single creature (besides Reveillark itself).
Flickerwisp can be swapped in to remove Artifacts, Lands, Planeswalkers and Enchantments. Blink out Flickerwisp and Riftsweeper in the same turn to repeat this.
Maybe Board contains some expensive (or wrong color), but really good cards like:
Life from the Loam -> get more lands to cycle back
Ranger-Captain of Eos -> get all your 1 CMC creatures by blinking
Siege Rhino -> blink to let your opponent lose 3 life and heal 3 life yourself
