Removed:
Brimstone Trebuchet - yeah, it interacts with Knights, but it's kind of taking up space in a deck that isn't really doing burn
Dub - everything in here is a Knight already. better to get your buffs from equipment
Elite Headhunter - if you're going for token spam and equipment, this guy doesn't really belong
Embereth Shieldbreaker // Battle Display - artifact removal is nice, but you're unlikely to actually draw it when you need it. Might be personal bias, but I'd just focus on hitting things
Embereth Skyblazer - high cost for a fairly lackluster effect, especially with all the other buffers
Haakon, Stromgald Scourge (2) - not sure you need 4
Joust (2) - Aryel is solid removal on her own
Order of Midnight // Alter Fate - eh. The creature is so-so, and with Haakon, the adventure is redundant
Scorching Dragonfire - you're not really doing burn or removal, better not to clog up your deck with an infrequent and unreliably occurring mechanic
Sylvia Brightspear - yeah, she lets you search for Khorvath, but on her own with no dragons she doesn't do much. Good draw power will let you pull Khorvath without her
Syr Alin, the Lion's Claw - there's other, better buffers (like the Valiant Knight)
Syr Carah, the Bold - I've just never loved this card and she doesn't really belong in a deck that isn't full-on burn. Besides, exiling cards to play them is a gamble
Colossus Hammer (1) - Mace of the Valiant and Sigiled Sword of Valeron are, imo, the best equipment in this line-up. I trimmed out a few others to focus in on them

Shining Armor (1) - see above
Steelclaw Lance (2) - see above

Added:
Skyknight Legionnaire - don't underestimate the power of a flier with haste for 3 mana
Valiant Knight - really good tribal buffer, what you want in a tribal deck
Foulmire Knight // Profane Insight (2) - more draw power
Cathartic Reunion - draw
Stone Haven Outfitter - buffs equipment and draw power
