One
-Play a land cast a Gilded Goose, or cast a Thoughseize
Two
-Play another land, cast ramp if you used hand disruption the last turn, or cast hand disruption if you cast ramp last turn.
Three
-Cast Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer then mill your entire library into the graveyard getting two Worldspine Wurms into your library hitting four Creeping Chills and getting one Narcomeba four Prized Amalgams, and two Sliversmote Ghouls onto the battlefield(most of which are tapped)
Four
-Untap cast Driven if required and swing in or if your board was wiped cast Return targeting Thassa's Oracle if you need too
Sideboard
Somebody already played this deck a bit. Their advice was to sideboard your graveyard protection very early due to the decks being very susceptible to it.
