To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Basic gist of the deck: Get at least one of the base creatures onto the battlefield as soon as possible, none of them are humans so they can be mutated on by any creatures with mutate. As soon as Illuna can be cast, cast it. The more you can mutate the creature stack with Illuna in it, the more stuff you can get off the top of your library. That said, if it's a creature with mutate, it needs to go into your hand, otherwise, it goes onto the battlefield. Obviously, if you just put the creatures with mutate onto the battlefield, Illuna won't trigger, and you'll lose a chance to get more things off the top of your library.
Neat Little Synergies:
Lore Drakkis+Cloudpiercer: When a creature stack with these two mutate, trigger Cloudpiercer first, discarding either a sorcery or an instant, then draw a card. Then, trigger Lore Drakkis, returning the socery or instant to your hand. It may be a poor man's Dreamtail Heron, but it still nets you a card.
Animar, Soul of Elements+Glowstone Recluse: The cool thing about Animar in this deck is that Mutate counts as a creature spell, so the +1/+1 counter still goes on Animar. With Glowstone Recluse initially mutated onto Animar, that's THREE plus +1/+1 counters in one cast. What a deal! At this point, if you could get both of these guys on the battlefield, you can get Illuna, Apex of Wishes out on the battlefield, probably mutating onto this creature stack, with only three mana. Now that Illuna is on the creature stack, that's at least six +1/+1 counters on the Animar-Glowstone Recluse-Illuna stack. With that, you could cast the majority of the creatures in this deck with only their colored costs, save Titanoth Rex, which only costs a total of three mana now. Unfortunately, Animar only has protection against white and black, not hexproof or indestructible, which is very good against most board wraths, most destroy or exile creature effects, and most -X/-X spells, but many spells such as direct damage and bounce spells still go through, so protect the stack carefully.
I'll update the synergy list as I play around with the deck more.
