If your first drop of the game from Kaalia of the Vast is Avacyn, Angel of Hope, first of all congrats, but I can guarantee everyone else at the table probably hates you.
But don't worry, they won't be alive for much longer.
Keep the big hitting flyers flowing and watch those life totals hit the floor.
Because your mana isnt being used to cast those big bois, youl'll have plenty of breathing room (mana wise) to utilize the healthy Draw and Tutor packages included in this deck to get exactly what you need to finish off your opponents.

Wincon: kill everyone and everything through the art combat

Note: All Angels, Demons & Dragons have override cost={0} due to Kaalia of the Vast's ability. Without override average cmc=3.9

Current wincon
1- Ramp and play kaalia
2- Draw into powerful Angel, Demon and Dragon creatures that can be put onto the battlefield with kaalia's ability
3- Deal non-commander combat damage to players to kill / win the game

if the first drop of the game is Avacyn from Kallia's ability, people will scoop. Without any protection kaalia is extremely easy to stop. Her ability isnt what makes her strong, the creatures that come into play are.
Main idea of this deck is to cheat in big flying creatures with kaalia's ability, similar to how Gishath with dinosaurs does, however this reslies on having those cards in hand which is less likely compared to reavealing cards from top. but thats because this commander is tied to the mardu colour scheme, fast and hard.

to make this deck more playable / enjorable in current meta, i would subsection all demon / dragon / angel cards out of the deck, have a box of a bunch of them, pick a random set of them for each game and shuffle them in for a random fun time each game.
I would then change the base deck to incluide more equipment and protection based stratagies to protect kaalia as a value engine. include both lightning greaves and swiftfoot boots, and also whispersiilk cloak (maybe even a sword depending on price / meta discussion ) with enough equipment support to make it viable.
