Get a good hand and a good control thanks to surveil. While you are bothering your opponent with counters and removals, your creatures will be stronger and your draws better due to surveil mechanics.

LORE
The Dimir guild lives in dark cities where the spies, assassins, rogues live. They do the illegal job that other guids can't do. They use the secretism to encover theirselves but also like a weapon to fulfill their objectives. They don't leave tracks in their jobs, even destroy the memory of the witness of their crimes. The mastermind of the Guild is Lazav, dimir mastermind, a metamorph mage who can transform himself to take the place of a merchant or vedalken.
The Dimir house specialize in sabotaging opponent's plans with counters, removals, discard, return to your hand... The dimir decks consist in gaining tempo bothering and ruining opponent's plans and then doing his plan safely.
Dimir members are cautious and cult. Prudent and observant. They know the plans and nothing happens without they know about it. They are assassins, mages, spies with abilties to manipulate and infiltratee. They are reserved and shy but they do whatever to fulfill what they have proposed.

STRATEGY
The deck turns around Thoughtbound phantasm and dimir spybug. So you surveil and disruptt the enemy while your creatures are growing up. Also with Doom whisperer (amazing card for stats and to surveil) you can pay 2 life multiple times to grow up faster your creatures.

PERSONAL REVIEW
I tested this deck by my own with physical cards against control, azorius flyers, jund adventures, dimir rogues, azorius wall, boros counters, mono red burn and more decks. Also I discover that there are different strategies for the deck:

My version is midrange, it has a decent start at the beginning with thoughtbound phantasm and nightveil sprite and also has a good late game with disinformation campaign. In all of this decks you always have a chance to win. With a removal or with a counter you can turn the game under your control and the best part is that it's easy to find it with surveil.
I bought it in cardmarket and it costed around 13€. It was a nice purchase I don't regret.

If any suggestion, I'm all ears
