An elemental deck featuring Thunderkin awakener and other wonderful elementals that stays (mostly) true to purist tribal deck design. Mutagenic Growth for protection against chump blockers and additional damage with Thud and Fling. Fling is great for protection against extractions and exiles. Play a Flamekin Harbinger turn one to position the creature you need on the top of the deck. Ideally you'd play Flamekin into Thunderkin discard two ball lightning, lightning skelemental or Groundbreaker with Unearth. If all the conditions are right you can win as early as turn 3 or 4.

Core of the Deck
Thunderkin Awakener x4
Flamekin Harbinger x3
Lightning Skelemental x4
Ball Lightning x3
Groundbreaker x3
Spark Trooper x2
Healer of the Glade x2

Fling vs Thud
While thud is cheaper and also acts as additional after-the-fact removal or additional 6 damage, it doesn't have the instant speed that is required to save a creature from being exiled if it gets pathed. I opted for 2 flings and 1 thud for mana conservation but this will require much more testing to determine what I want the most often.

Assassin's Trophy for the General removal. At 2 mana it's a bit high for ideal removal but it offers a variety of removal options as it can remove any card from the game without giving them any lands, raising preparedness for 1st game match-ups.

Spark Trooper- While an expensive 4 mana to hardcast, he offers potential 6 life in a single, successful strike and can be pulled using thunerkin awakener. While a little clunky in a standard match-up, it offers a nice boost if you have to have a lot of shock lands out and when facing off against burn or any deck directly chipping away at your life. Not so great for a first hand, as it feels weird to have any 4 mana spells on draw-hand but as long as you can discard it to the graveyard and have the right tools to play it, it's not terrible and you'll be thankful you have him when you need him.

Apostle's Blessing & Blossoming Defense
Apostle's Blessing is beautiful in the sense that it allows to be cast for any color of a single mana and 2 life. It's for those situations where you absolutely have to have that hit to happen and it could mean the game if you don't.

SIDEBOARD OPTIONS
Right now, the only thing this sideboard is lacking is some quality graveyard hate. While Extirpate is always a viable option for removing combo cards from the game, it's also a defense against Surgical Extraction. If someone were to extract Thunkerkin Awakener from the game, you would be left hard casting 12 of your 3-4 mana creatures or relying on unearth for 10 of them and that's just painful. Extirpate is perfect for defending against that and keeping you running a little longer.

Solemnity
this is an answer to any deck that grows cheap dinkies fast as well as infect, forcing them to fight the old fashioned way of life vs poison counters. Although it doesn't remove them, if you can get it out early enough, it will prevent you from getting more.

Rule of Law
this is probably one of my most favorite sideboard options for those decks that like to bombard you with spells each turn or empty their entire deck out on you as soon as possible. Is it fast enough to beat affinity... depends on the luck of the draw, but mostly it crucially slows down decks that run prowess and tons of burn spells. and since you will ideally be casting maybe 1 spell a turn anyway, and relying on thunderkin to pull creatures from the graveyard to hit big with (not a spell) than it has minimal effect on your play.

That's it for now.
