To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
1) This is a pure Chaos deck made to ruin game plans and change the rules of magic. It can win, but it rarely does. (It's only wins come on a crazy good Scrambleverse or Insurrection) This deck is for when you want to remind the tsble what fun is, and want everyone at the table to hate you. It will slow the game down. It will make someone pull their hair out.
2) This deck revolves around getting rid of game plans and blowing up boardstates. Starke of Rath is not a great "I'm going to win commander". It is a "let's pass this around like a stogie and take a hit" Commander. Opponents will lose their Good Stuff artifacts and creatures (Screw your Sol Ring). It will slow down the game. Homeword Path works well for him as well.
3) We have a bunch of rules changes. War's Toll really messes with control/instant spell decks. Smoke ruins going wide. Grip of Chaos ruins all ability to effectively target. Planar Chaos randomly counter's spells. Grand Melee, War's Toll, and Tide of War permanently change combat/force it. Heartless Hidetsugu really puts pressure on the game. Possibility Storm makes it impossible to plan out etb triggers. Alot of these effects are coin flips and Krark's Thumb helps you get around them. OMEN MACHINE!!!!! Ruination for fun with land destruction.
4) We're stealing stuff!. Treasure Nabber steal's rocks. The goal is to Act of Treason an Eldrazi and Fling them. Insurrection mass mutiny, and Mob Rule to kill someone with their own creatures. Scrambleverse, Risky Move, Custody Battle to make everyone share, because that is good for goblin chaos. Fling and thud for insult to injury.
5) Finally, because this game hasn't gone on long enough we're resetting things. Bearer of the Heavens, for that extra groan. Boompile. Whims of Fate is fun.
6) If and when you have people begging for mercy, burn then with Crackle, Thrawn, Valakut, disintegration, Mogis should enter and fling a good bit of damage.
