To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Get yourself a piping hot bowl of keyword soup. Unlike most decks I've designed or encountered, you may actually want to wait to cast Kathril instead of casting it at your first opportunity. You'll need to set up a bit before you can take advantage of its ability.
Mill yourself to get creatures with keywords into your graveyard, then cast Kathril and choose a champion to bless. Kathril itself is always a good target if you don't mind putting all your eggs in one basket. Otherwise, creatures like Managorger Hydra, Splinterfright, and Ghoultree make good champions. They may not deal commander damage, but choosing creatures other than Kathril will free it up to be flickered with Cloudshift and Ephemerate, netting you another serving of keyword soup.
You'll want diversity among the keywords in your graveyard. Four instances of flying won't do anything for you. With that in mind, also pay attention to which keywords Kathril can utilize - it can't make use of every keyword in the deck (just most of them). The more keywords on a creature, the better for going to the graveyard! For example, Zetalpa, Primal Dawn will net you a record 5 keywords on its own.
Two cards to look for that put in work are Odric, Lunarch Marshal and The Ozolith. The first will make all of your creatures powerful (assuming you have any board presence already). The second will ensure all of your +1/+1 and keyword counters stick around if you lose the creature they were attached to.
