To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

(-> Your Settings)

Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Ramp and get The Locust God out, as well as trying to get some damage effects on the board.
Control the game and draw slowly with regular effects, then wheel and mass draw to finish the game.

Combo pieces work like this:

  • Get The Locust God out
  • Get Skullclamp (great card, regardless of comboing)
  • Get Ashnod's Altar out, and have at least 1 colorless mana and a single Locust
  • Equip the Skullclamp onto the Locust, killing it and drawing you two cards
  • As you draw two, you create two new Locusts, one which you sacrifice to Ashnod's Altar for two colorless mana
  • Use one of the colorless mana to equip the Skullclamp onto a new Locust

This nets you 1 colorless mana and 1 Locust for each equip of Skullclamp (=2 cards drawn).
To make sure you don't mill out, you need to get Patchwork Gnomes (to discard your cards into your graveyard) and Elixir of Immortality (to put your graveyard back into your library) out. Since the loop grants you colorless mana, it should not be a problem to cast these while drawing through your deck.

The Sage of the Falls combos alone with The Locust God into "infinite" card draw (because you can only draw through your deck), just make sure you have some damage effects in play to close out the game.
