U/G Merfolk in Pioneer (Pioneer)

This is a pioneer home brew that I've just made. I feel that Simic Merfolk has enough of a card pool to be a tier 2 deck (like menfolk in modern). This deck is a more aggro side of merfolk, but is also able to play the mid-range game as well.
Cards in the Sideboard:
Jace, Architect of Thought : This is for going against more aggro decks that look to attack quite a bit.
Tidebinder Mage : This is simply good against red and green decks that look to casue havok while attacking.
Mystical Dispute : This card is just straight up good against decks that are heavy in blue.
Ashiok, Dream render : This one I debated putting in the side board. I don´t know really how much library searching or graveyard stuff happens, but it´s here just in case.
Jadelight Ranger : This card is good if we need to be more aggressive because he can sometimes be a 4/3 because of how little lands we are able to run.
Jace, Cunning Castaway : This card is more for against the control match up when we want to be getting rid of our dead draws, we can tick him up, attack, and then just discard the land thats been in our hand forever.
