This classic Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom and Okaun, Eye of Chaos build is terrifyingly powerful if left unchecked. Ensure your wins using Krark's Thumb, which can be found using many of the included tutors (Fabricate, Muddle the Mixture, Reshape, etc.). Add one or both of your commanders and you'll be sure to draw into a card that lets you hit an opponent for very, very lethal damage.

You can also present infinite coin flips (and infinite coin wins) using Frenetic Efreet, which can be channeled into infinite mana (with Tavern Scoundrel), drawing all or most of your deck (with Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom), or straight up winning the game (with Chance Encounter).

The deck includes alternate commanders: Krark, the Thumbless and Sakashima of a Thousand Faces. It is also important to mention that removing the coinflip aspect from the deck will leave you with a well-functioning high-powered UR Commander shell, which you can customize to your liking.

Tips:
1) Silverbluff Bridge can be fetched by Tezzeret the Seeker and Whir of Invention as a form of ramping. It can be sacrificed to Reshape and Goblin Engineer, and it also helps to fulfil Inventors' Fair's requirement.
2) Sakashima of a Thousand Faces and Krark, the Thumbless can serve as alternate commanders.
3) Imperial Recruiter can fetch Frenetic Efreet to combo off.
4) Tolaria West can be transmuted for Mana Crypt, letting you ramp by 2 mana for 3 mana. That is also true for searching for it using Fabricate.
5) Urza's Saga tutor targets: Mana Crypt, Sol Ring, Shadowspear, Commander's Plate
