I made a deck in Arena based around the new mill cards (Mostly just Teferi's Tutelage) and decided to do what I could to make a mill-focused deck in Pauper. I bet there are other ones that are different (read: better) but this one seems like fun!

The gameplan is simple: mill your opponent, do not let them have cards.

We run a full playset of Jace's Erasure so that, whenever you draw a card, your opponent mills one card. It's cheap, and since it's not legendary it will stack. This lets us mill even on our draw step. In that same vein, we run a full playset of Curse of the Bloody Tome to enchant your opponent. This means you can have your opponent mill 1-4 cards on your draw step, then they mill 2-8 cards on their upkeep.

We also have some Black cards in our deck for some removal of creatures, since that will probably be a pain point. These are Disembowel to destroy creatures, and then Grisly Spectacle to not only destroy creatures but have your opponent mill cards equal to the creature's power.

Last thing to talk about is our creatures. I think Jace's Phantasm is the star, as it's a flying 1/1 that can be a flying 5/5 once all the milling happens. We also have our creatures able to mill, either by tapping, attacking, or having other Blue creature come into play.

All in all, I think this will be any annoying deck to play against, and might win you some matches! Also, as of this writing, this deck is only $14-ish, so I think it's a good price for some good(?) fun!
