To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Here, the term "card draw" is used to denote a spell that increases the number of cards that the player has available to cast, i.e., that increases their card advantage.
The may also be not technically drawn, as with "impulsive draw" (e.g. Commune with Lava). Rummage and loot effects are excluded from this list, as well as tutors and cantrips (e.g. Brainstorm) and tutors (e.g. Demonic Tutor), which are card-advantage neutral and therefore can't be considered card draw.
An exception was made only to include some Wheel effect, although not all of them have the capability to provide card advantage, since they are so ubiquitous in the format.
I have also included a section ("Draw" from the graveyard") of spells that allow you to generate card advantage by leveraging your graveyard, since this is a powerful strategy and relevant in many decks.
Please let me know if you think there's important cards that I may have left out, or cards that are placed in the wrong section.
