The strategy is to get the commander out ASAP, cast dragons to get more dragons, then use anthems and combat focused enchantments (Dragon Tempest, Flameshadow Conjuring, and Fervor) to overwhelm your opponents and win through combat damage.

This deck uses cost reducers like Ruby Medallion, Herald's Horn, and Hazoret's Monument and ways to cheat creatures out like Belbe's Portal and Sunbird's Invocation to help build your board state quickly.

The deck struggles a bit with card draw, as most mono decks do. But, Idol of Oblivion, Vanquisher's Banner, and Dragon's Hoard are card draw effects that synergize well with the deck's strategy. I also included cards like Browbeat, Mask of Memory, and Mindmoil to help rummage through your deck. Update 3/28/2020: I'm still having trouble drawing cards, so I reluctantly added Howling Mine. It applies to all players but at least I'll double my draw.

There is some removal in the deck for artifacts and non-flying creatures. I added Vandalblast, Shattering Spree, Flamebreak, and Chaos Warp since the deck felt light on removal. I also added Wayfarer's Bauble and Thran Dynamo to help with ramp.

I added some haste enablers (Fervor, Anger, Ogre Battledriver, Swiftfoot Boots, and Lightning Greaves) to help speed up the attacks.
