Blue White taxes modern (Modern)

When I looked at the new zendikar rising spoiler I had a weard Idea: Confounding Conundrum does not just make your opponents fetchlands cluncy, it also turns ghost quarter and field of ruin in something like a wasteland, even into a better version if you have 2 or more Confounding Conundrums out. Thats not all: path to exile will not ramp your opponent!
So I thought about the best shell around this card and I think I found it. Death and taxes wasnt that great in modern couse wastelands arent legal. Confounding Conundrum kind of solves this problem. With playing blue we could even play cards like t3feri against counterheavy Decks. The rest of the shell I build is a stoneforge mhistic aethervial shell without leonin arbitter(we like to play flooded strand). I decided to go with this type of Death and taxes shell because I think eathersworn canonist is a great card against many Decks in the meta and think the vial is great, becouse you would play no creature till turn 4 if u play Confounding Conundrum turn 2 and crac a field of ruin turn 3. By playing aether vial, you could bring creatures into play while doing this.
