Charlie's Ultimatum (EDH / Commander) [Revision 18]

In general we ramp, we try to get our ultimatums or other big spells on top of our library and use a cast from Top of Library card to cast them.

The upper most level of this deck would be a combo for infinite turns since Nexus of Fate shuffles into library.

1. Draw Kozilek, Butcher of Truth
2. Cast Sphinx's Revelation for X = Library size. (likely use Nyxbloom Ancient possibly with Spark Double on it)
3. Cast Nexus of Fate. Now only that is in your library.
4. Cast Titans' Nest and Mind Over Matter. Use a card that recovers instants from the graveyard to get Sphinx's Revelation back in your hand.
5. Use Mind Over Matter to discard all card's that aren't helpful at this point. Whatever you do keep Sphinx's Revelation. Use Titans' Nest to Exile all the cards you don't want to have to cycle through (note you cannot exile Temporal Mastery this way). The most clean version of the combo would keeping Kozilek Butcher of Truth, Temporal Mastery, Jaya's Immolating Inferno, Call to Mind, and Sphinx's Revelation.
6. You now have cards that you only want to keep in hand and Temporal Mastery in your library.. At this point you should be casting all of them, except Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, Call to Mind, and Sphinx's Revelation. Then you should only have Kozilek Butcher of Truth, Call to Mind, and Sphinx's Revelation in hand. Order is important here.
7. Discard Kozilek Butcher of Truth and all the good cards that your wanted to keep in your deck are in your library.
8. Cast Sphinx's Revelation with X = Library size - 1.
9. Cast Call to Mind and target Sphinx's Revelation (which is the only valid target). Now exactly Call to Mind in graveyard, and all the other cards, including Kozilek Butcher of Truth and Sphinx's Revelation, in hand.
10. You can end your turn, then you draw the last card in your library. Start by casting Nexus of Fate, then you can start repeat steps 6-10 until you win (most likely)!
