Kambal is a pet card of mine and I really enjoy having him in the command zone, with flash gone there are a variety of old archetypes coming back into the format. This means sceptre are slowly sneaking back into the meta, meaning having Kambal in the command zone makes their lives harder.

Trying to make this one into a more adaptive deck with the Razaketh lines to try and go for the early wins, but with Kambal and stax to help grind games toward the lategame and get a surprising amount of chip damage in with your commander if anyone tries to tutor chain or go for those more greedy Adnaus lines.
