The deck is a tuned deck (power level 5-6) based on enter the battlefield (ETB) effects.

The main goal is to blink as much as possibile each creature and/or permanent in order to take several advantages. For instance, blinking Aether Channeler, Cloudblazer, Elite Guardmage, Mulldrifter, Spirited Companion or Wall of Omens helps you to draw a very huge number of cards. Similarly, Kor Cartographer and Solemn Simulacrum are fundamental to land advantage and mana fixing.

Blinking permanents can be very spicy if you consider pieces as Glen Elendra Archmage and Mystic Remora that lose their "negative" counters when they leave and enter again on battlefield. In this way, it is possible to counter every threats or to draw without mana limitations. Furthermore, when you blink a permanent, this comes back on the battlefield untapped, so you can abuse of Basalt Monolith in order to add enormous amount of colorless mana.

The blinking engines are several, but Brago, King Eternal is the first one. Protecting him with Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots and making him evasive thanks to Whispersilk Cloak and Unquestioned Authority, you are able to deal damages (commander damages!) and blink any number of nonland permanents triggering as many ETB effects. In addition, ETB effects can be duplicated with Panharmonicon and Strionic Resonator and take an unmanageable advantage on your opponents.

However, instants (Eerie Interlude, Ephemerate, Ghostly Flicker, Lae'zel's Acrobatics, Momentary Blink) and creatures with flash (Restoration Angel) that blink your permanents can be also exploited as protection from opponents' threats. Beside them, the deck list has some counters (Arcane Denial, Counterspell, Dovin's Veto) in order to control the game in the crucial moments or to protect the final combos.

Three combos can be assessed to win the game.

1) Felidar Guardian + Restoration Angel + Altar of the Brood
Altar of the Brood and Felidar Guardian or Restoration Angel have to be on the battlefield. Cast Felidar Guardian or Restoration Angel. Altar of the Brood triggers. Then, blink the other creature on the battlefield (Felidar Guardian or Restoration Angel). When it comes back on the battlefield blink the creature you have casted before and repeat the process. In this way, Altar of the Brood triggers for each permanent entering the battlefield and causes mill opponents' decks.

2) Strionic resonator + Basalt Monolith + Altar of the Brood + Brago, King Eternal
It is the same combo of 1), but with different pieces. All permanents have to be on the battlefield. Attack and deal damages with Brago, King Eternal. When it triggers, on the stack you add 3 colorless manas with Basalt Monolith. Then, use 2 manas in order to activate Strionic Resonator and copy the triggered ability of Brago, King Eternal. At this point, resolve the copy of triggered ability and blink Basalt Monolith and Strionic Resonator. Repeat the process without resolving the original triggered ability of Brago, King Eternal. According to this you will blink infinite times the same two permanents and will always trigger Altar of the Brood.

3) Mnemonic Wall/Archaeomancer + Temporal Manipulation + Brago, King Eternal
Mnemonic Wall or Archaeomancer and Brago, King Eternal have to be on battlefield. Cast Temporal Manipulation and take an extra turn after this. Attack and deal damage with Brago, King Eternal. Blink Mnemonic Wall or Archaeomancer and put Temporal Manipulation on top of your library. Start the extra turn. Cast Temporal Manipulation and repeat the process. You will play infinite turns and win with commander damages. If you control Agent of Treachery, you can also blink him and start stealing opponents' permanents.
