This is just a fun lil deck, and with sorceries only we have a few obvious problems. We can't run a lot of good cards like sol ring and a lot of ramp in the form of creatures, we miss out on cool enchantments like mirari's wake, and we lose a lot of interaction. So we got some answers to these problems,

For ramp, in combination with lands, we have 50 cards to help us out and almost all of them pull the forest card type instead of basic land cards, I did this just because with how I did the mana base there are only 13 basic lands and I didn't want any ramp spells to whiff

We miss out on any creatures (other than Codie) so we have two different solutions to this problem. We have tokens, Lingering souls, krenko's command, hordeling outburst are all good token producers so that we can chump block for a long time. We also can just TAKE other people's creatures. Clone legion is a nice big splashy spell, we also have rise of the dark realms which functions as an alternate win-con, and fractured identity not only takes creatures but any nonland permanent.

And the last issue, the interaction and everybody getting to play cool enchantments like havoc festival, we have a solution. We simply don't let anybody have anything! Cards that destroy all nonland permanents can often be tough to play since you don't want to lose your own board, but when you don't have a board at all it makes it a lot easier! So cards like planar cleansing, gaze of granite, and hour of revelation ensure that people's boards look a lot like ours; empty.

For win cons in this deck, we really only have one which is approach of the second sun (which is the only commander legal sorcery with the text (you win the game). The good news though is we got tutors for it and we got recursion for when it gets countered. We have one other card that can be seen as a win-con and that's rise of the dark realms, but relying on it too much can lead to a blowout, since we don't have any instant speed interaction if somebody wants to wipe the board we can't stop them and then we lose all the creatures.

And finally, I just wanted to make one last note, Codie puts work in with this deck. He should be your turn 3 play every game into a 5 mana spell on turn 4 so that you can cascade into something else
