To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Mardu Blink is a weird one. (Deck under construction while I commit to Blink theme)[Writing this out helps my build my decks and rethink choices]
This deck started out as the general Akido build many people side with. It has a Sunforger package and focuses on sitting back while opponents duel it out. The problem is Queen Marchesa doesn't have an activated ability and too often my board state gets boring with nothing to interact with. Maybe something like "(2): Goad target creature" or if the assassin token ability had Eminence and tracked Monarch even when she was in the Command Zone, idk.
I enjoy the Sunforger package but it's difficult when you can't get the darn thing out. There are generic tutors but they make the game homogeneous. I added Stoneforge Mystic and noticed ETB was a heavy theme I could possibly exploit.
I'm not going the Panharmonicon route. There are plenty of decks the abuse the tech more efficiently. Too many cards in this deck wouldn't work if they triggered twice: Kardur, Doomscourge, Queen Marchesa, etc. Moreover, I think it's key to not put yourself in the spotlight by triggering too many abilities and instead net 1 per turn with the value engine mindset. Blink Kardur, Doomscourge once a turn to get everyone on the Goad train, Blink the Recruiters for additional toolboxing, Blink Palace Jailer to regain the Monarch and/or Exile creatures.
Is this the prime build? No, but it's something different and commander is entertaining when you put your own spin on it.
The glory of the deck comes from silently manipulating the game and not garnering too much attention. Too often the board gets gummed up and everyone waits for Craterhoof or a combo win. I prefer to get the show rolling with “Creatures must attack” clauses
Agitator Ant, Nils, Discipline Enforcer, Orzhov Advokist, & Shadrix Silverquill play into the theme of passing out tons of +1 counters across the board. Each one plays into the other and helps push the game in an aggressive mentality. The Ant and Advokist worry me because they are both 'may' abilities.
Earlier versions of this deck aimed at keeping the Monarchy the entire game. People gun for it and often a 1/1 Flying creature pings me for it. I now see this as general protection from losing the game. There are no definitive combat/combo kills with this deck so I need to make sure I stay alive long enough for my value engines to get rolling and convince the table to go at each other's throats vs mine.
