To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
There isn't really a set way to play this deck. The cmc of the cards here are quite low and can really bend to the situation or your hand. As mentioned in the intro, there are many 2 - 3 card combos that you can pull off. Naturally, some cards appear in multiple combos. It's up to the user to both discover and decide what they would like to do. Below is a list of a few combos.
*Demonlord #1 and Young Wolf are on the battlefield; Play Demonlord #2; sac Demonlord #1; undying resolves; sac Demonlord #2; undying resolves; sac Young Wolf; undying resolves.
Of course, there are many other combos but the above are just a few and it demonstrates how well the creatures synergize with each other. About the two vampire cards, Bloodthrone Vampire is morbid enabling while Blood Artist gives you a little bit of bonus damage for things you want to be doing anyways. Both Altar's Reap and Gravepurge are good ways to get more creatures either for the Lotleth Troll or any other combo you happen to be running.
