To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

(-> Your Settings)

Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

The deck wants to combo with either Arcanum Wings or Academy Researchers and Colossification or Eldrazi Conscription. It wants to assemble the combo as quickly as possible, but also needs to play it safe, as Path to Exile and Fatal Push can still hit our creatures, even though VERY big.
But if we manage to pull off the greedy play, it would probably look like this:
T1: play Yavimaya Coast, cast Birds of Paradise
T2: play Island, cast Academy Researchers, attach Colossification to it
T3: At this point we could just attack for lethal. If we are lucky we can enchant Academy Reseachers with Arcanum Wings, dodging potential blockers.
So if we get extremely lucky, and draw all pieces we need, it's a T3 win.

We play those cards for the combo, as Arcanum Wings or Academy Researchers are the only cards with that effect in our colors and are the most efficient overall. I thought about a Fling combo with Colossification but that was either too slow or needed too much setup. Colossification literally is able to one-shot opponent the turn after we play it and the only aura, making stuff as nearly as big as Colossification does, is Eldrazi Conscription. It also provides evasion with trample and technichally also with annihilator, as the opponent could be in the situation where the blockers have to be sacrificed.

For some general control we have Spore Frog, as it protects our life total. Actually another generic fog effect would be better, but I didn't want to include too few creatures to target with Arcanum Wings.
In addition to that we also have the normal Fog.
Thirst of Meaning is nice, as we don't really need tutors to get our combo pieces but may have to dig for them a bit. It also works nicely if we have a spare Eldrazi Conscription in hand. It also just provides card advantage.

Two copies of Leyline of Anticipation are nice, because pulling the combo off in the opponent's turn makes it harder to intervene in our actions and as our creature becomes tapped because of Colossification, we can untap it instantly when it's our turn. It also is something to discard for Thirst for Meaning.
We play an Veil of Summer for further protection, as what we fear the most is Fatal Push and Counterspells which we both disable with Veil of Summer.

For some mana acceleration and fixing we play Birds of Paradise which also acts as a potential body for Arcanum Wings.

We play 23 lands, with a budget simic mana base consisting of basics, Hinterland Harbor and Yavimaya Coast.

This is quite a semi budget list, costing 90€ on cardmarket.
