Synopsis

'Gavi, Nest Warden' amps up the value with +/- 35 cycling cards in a draw/discard effect shell.

Strategy

Cycle through your deck at every opportunity to get token trigger/card draw payoffs and find Time Spiral to reset. Cycling cards included often offer hard-to-counter, cycling triggered abilities, including discounted tokens via 'Decree of Justice' and a free counter-spell via 'Decree of Silence'.

Create positive feedback loops between Gavi and 'Rielle, the Everwise' or 'Ephara, God of the Polis'. 'The Locust God' and Ephara work similarly as do 'Nesting Dovehawk' and 'Bennie Bracks, Zoologist'. Additionally, 'Arjun, the Shifting Flame', can refresh your hand to find more cycling and trigger token generation on any turn. 'Harmonic Prodigy' doubles Gavi's token generation. Additional card draw sources 'Welcoming Vampire', 'Bennie Bracks, Zoologist', 'The Council of Four', 'Idol of Oblivion' or 'Dack Fayden' also contribute to the feedback loop.

Extra Tools

'Dack Fayden' provides early ramp fixing or a way to start the draw engine: take an opponents mana rock upon ETB or use his + ability to trigger Gavi. 'Elspeth Tirel' is a win-con with her -5 clearing the board for a token finale. 'Zirda, the Dawnwaker' discounts additional cycling after Gavi's first and can help is she's off the board. 'Containment Construct' lets you cycle a card for triggers, then cast the spell.

Win-Cons

Amass a go-wide invasion using 'Delney, Streetwise Lookout', 'Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation // Temple of Civilization' and/or 'Akroma's Will', 'Elspeth Tirel' or 'Knowledge Is Power'. In the right circumstances, 'Nesting Dovehawk' or 'Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon' can become massive threats. Consider adding 'Approach of the Second Sun' if you'd like some back-up, all the card draw here makes it pretty easy to resolve.

Substitutions

Substitute options such as 'Moderation' makes an interesting play as you'll be cycling, rather than casting thus minimizing it's draw back. Similarly, 'Fires of Invention' free spells keep your mana up for second and third cycles on any turn which isn't affected by Fires conditions. Either of these plus Mindmoil (or Arjun, the Shifting Flame) can trigger heavy card draw for Locust God for example, as can 'Reconnaissance Mission' and an attacking insect swarm.

Approach of the Second Sun - a readily accessible secondary win-con from the side board with the high card draw.
Desolate Lighthouse - card draw from the land slot.
Strionic Resonator - double Gavi's trigger.
Divine Visitation - converts any token created into a vigilant 4/4 flyer.
