Rakdos Carnage v1.1.OTJ.d (EDH / Commander)

Rakdos, Lord of Riots cheats high costed beaters in ahead of curve via opponent loss of life from a bevvy of ever escalating sources. The deck features an impulse & draw subtheme and light recursion to keep the pressure high. Finish opponents with multiple combats, double damage or a massive blast from 'Price of Progress' or 'Cut // Ribbons', ribbons mode.

Direct Damage to Opponents (As primary reason for inclusion) - required to cast Rakdos and fuel creature discounts:

Leechridden Swamp (land) - B: Each op loses 1 life.
Retreat to Hagra (ench.) - Landfall: Op's lose 1 life, you gain 1 life.
Honden of Infinite Rage (ench.) - Upkeep: # of Shrines = 1 dmg to any target.
Sanctum of Stone Fangs (ench.) - Main: # of Shrines = Op's lose 1 and you gain 1 life.
Pyrohemia (ench.) - Re-usable, controlled wipe + opponent damage.
Cryptolith Fragment // Aurora of Emrakul (art/ctr) - Tap: Add one mana, each player loses 1 life.

Spear Spewer (ctr) - Tap: 1 dmg to each player.

Plague Spitter (ctr) - Upkeep: 1 dmg to each creature and each player.
Shepherd of Rot (ctr) - Tap: # of Zombies = 1 damage to each player.
Tree of Perdition (ctr) - Tap: Swap toughness for a life total (= loss of life)
Vial Smasher the Fierce (ctr) - Your 1st spell each turn: dmg = to mana cost to random op.
Balor (ctr) - Attack: Deal dmg to op = to their cards in hand.
Spawn of Mayhem (ctr) - Upkeep: 1 dmg to each player.
Raving Dead (ctr) - Damage to player = lose 1/2 of their life.
Delayed Blast Fireball (inst.) - 2 dmg to each opponent + each of their creatures or fortell for 5 dmg.
Price of Progress (inst.) - 2 dmg to each player per non-basic land they control (bomb!)
Spikefield Hazard // Spikefield Cave (inst.) - 1 dmg, any target, etc.
Lightning Bolt (inst.) - 3 dmg, any target.
Kolaghan's Command (inst.) - 2 dmg, any target, etc.
Rakdos Charm (inst.) - Each creature does 1 dmg to it's controller, etc.
Ob Nixilis, the Adversary (plnsw) - +1: Each opp loses 2 life unless they discard 1.
Bontu's Monument (art) - Cast creature = 1 dmg to each Op.
