Overview

I decided to try to make a Commander Deck built entirely out of cards Restricted to 1 for Magic Online's "Planeswalker" format.  The variety of color combinations on that list killed that idea, forcing me to make several Decks instead.  The cards in the Maybeboard are banned in one or more formats.

I've decided that Nicol Bolas will take all of the Grixis, Izzet, Dimir, mono-Blue and mono-Black cards, while Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund claims all of the Jund, Rakdos, Gruul, Golgari and mono-Red cards.  That will leave me in need of at least one Commander in Esper colors for the Azorius, Orzhov and mono-White cards and one in Naya for the Selesnya, Boros and mono-Green cards.
