To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Pauper EDH is an alternative format that uses any uncommon creature as the commander, and the 99 are commons.
In this dimir deck our commander is Sphinx Summoner, a 5 mana flying creature that tutors artifact creatures, which is the engine of our combos; Myr Retriever and Workshop Assistant. When either of these creatures die they can return the other from the graveyard, creating an infinite loop if our opponents and our mana allows it.
To cast them repeatedly we have either Ashnod's Altar + Etherium Sculptor / Foundry Inspector / Golem Foundry or Soldevi Adnate / Priest of Yawgmoth + Mirran Spy / Dross Scorpion (if Priest or Soldevi have been made artifacts by Ashnod's Transmogrant)
As we cast them repeatedly we want to ping our opponents with cards like Disciple of the Vault, Cabal Paladin or Falkenrath Noble.
To get our combos going we run pretty much as much ramp as Dimir colours allow, as much tutoring/transmuting as we can and a lot of card draw.
To not get demolished as we set up our combo we run some board wipes (Pestilence, Crypt Rats, Gangrenous Zombies) and direct removal like Snuff Out and Cast Down.
In case pieces of our combos are removed we can get them back (unless they get exiled) with cards like Unearth, Forever Young and Wander in Death.
Kaya's Ghostform and Siren's Ruse can either protect combo pieces or make our commander hit the battlefield again in order to tutor another combo piece.
I excluded Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora but run them if you want to.
