To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Pauper EDH is an alternative format that uses any uncommon creature as the commander, and the 99 are commons.
This deck runs Huatli's Raptor which proliferates as it enters the battlefield, which means we get to put counters on all sorts of things!
I considered running an infect deck and while probably potent I decided to make a different build. Feel free to try that instead.
The main game plan is voltron-esque creatures that we accumulate +1/+1 counters on with Raptor and cards like Forced Adaptation, Predatory Hunger (in particular), Primal Cocoon and Ferocity (ferocity mostly dissuades blockers / attackers, but that's fine!).
The creatures we use have hexproof, which PDH has few answers to; Gladecover Scout, Jungleborn Pioneer, Silhana Ledgewalker and more.
There's also other creatures that interact with counters, Territorial Scythecat, Prowling Felidar and Undergrowth Scavenger, but they don't require the auras mentioned.
We also have some other cards that benefit greatly from proliferation: Everflowing Chalice, Arcane Spyglass, Hickory Woodlot and Remote Farm. We also run Forge of Heroes and Opal Palace, which means our commander can proliferate itself.
In order to repeatedly proliferate, Raptor's got to die. We can swing at our opponents, hoping for a trade, but if that's not feasible we have two sacrifice outlets: Ashnod's Altar and Fanatical Devotion.
In the deck is the usual ramp, draw, removal, protection and recursion. Heliod's Pilgrim and Totem-Guide Hartebeest can tutor for the 1+/1+ auras, which are crucial.
Weaknesses of the deck are mostly due to Selesnya colours; no sweepers, feeble removal and not very much card advantage. We're also fairly weak to flying creature strategies though we run Spidersilk Armor and Longshot Squad.
