To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Pauper EDH is an alternative format that uses any uncommon creature as the commander and the 99 are commons.
Let me preface this by saying: this deck is garbage. It's a mono-white deck with Mistmoon Griffin as the commander.
OK, now that that's out of the way, let's explain the deck. Mistmoon Griffin is a cool creature with a fairly unique ability. The purpose of the deck is to use that ability to get out big buddies from the graveyard.
But before that we need to put some big buds in the graveyard, to do that we use cards like Shard of Broken Glass, Ghoulcaller's Bell, Shriekhorn and discard them from hand with Jalum Tome, Icatian Crier (just make sure they're not the top card of your graveyard) and by cycling which is on a lot of the big buddies.
So how do we stay alive with creatures only in the graveyard? The deck runs a lot of token generation which doesn't compete with the big buds for Mistmoon Griffin's ability. Raise the Alarm, Omen of the Sun, Battle Screech etc. To help our tokens not die to a stiff breeze we have half-anthems; Parapet and Lumithread Field, Fortifying Provisions is worth considering. (how come blue gets Sunken City and white gets no real anthems at common??)
So to activate Mistmoon Griffin we can use it to block, but a more reliable way is using Ashnod's Altar, Fanatical Devotion or Lunarch Mantle. Gideon's Sacrifice is probably on the cutting board but worth trying out. We also have Breath of Life, False Defeat and Resurrection as alternatives to the Griffin.
For removal we have Afterlife, Crib Swap, Exile, Angelic Purge (can sac the Griffin), and more. Since graveyard hate can ruin the deck we run artifact removal with Seal of Cleansing, Topple the Statue and Oblivion Ring. Graveyard interaction can also help control what the Grifin brings back, so Relic of Progenitus is good in two ways for the deck.
White isn't known for their card advantage but there's some colourless options available, Bonder's Ornament, Magnifying Glass, Arcane Spyglass are repeatable but costly, Spare Supplies and Armillary Sphere are card advantage in the strictest sense and Darksteel Pendant is just card selection. Survival Cache isn't reliable card advantage but the deck has a fair amount of healing.
The ramp in the deck is a work in progress.
The weaknesses of the deck are many. Wide decks, flying decks, graveyard hate, lack of consistent ramp & draw, weak win con etc.
Just treat getting value from Mistmoon Griffin as a win :-)
