To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Pauper EDH is an alternative format that uses any uncommon creature as the commander and the 99 are commons.
This boros deck is built around the recently spoiled boros commander Koll, the Forgemaster. Koll has a fairly unique ability that lets us combo cheap creatures by equipping and sacrificing them repeatedly.
We take advantage of that with cards like Impact Tremors, Reckless Fireweaver, Cinder Pyromancer, Furious Assault, Hissing Iguanar and Nettle Drone.
The cheap creatures we want to recur are Kobolds of Kher Keep, Crimson Kobolds, Crookshank Kobolds, Ornithopter, Phyrexian Walker, Shield Sphere and Impulsive Pilferer.
To sac them we have Ashnod's Altar, Thermopod and Skirk Prospector for the goblins. We also have Fanatical Devotion but it's for sacrificing/protecting rather than for mana.
We also have some utility creatures that we can reuse as long as they're equipped as they die, check the utility creatures tab.
Most notably Goblin Matron, who can tutor for most of the pieces of the combo: Skirk Prospector and Impulsive Pilferer. Once you have those you only need the pinging cards mentioned earlier.
For equipment we only have one requirement; the equip cost should be 1 (or less, but not possible with commons). We only run 8 pieces but since we only need one I think that's reasonable.
The combo only works as long as our commander is on the board so in order to keep him protected we have a bundle of protection spells, check the Protection tab.
To keep our opponents in check we have some sweepers and creature removals e.g. Crib Swap, Fiery Cannonade, Oblivion Ring etc.
Last but not least we have some card draw from creatures like Thraben Inspector, Filigree Familiar and Skyscanner, which are repeatable with our commander and a sac outlet. Burning Prophet is a lot of card selection since we run a fair amount of non-creature and Thrill of Possibility is instant speed.
Our mana rocks which provide us with some mana flexibility almost all also can be sacrificed to draw cards.
Weaknesses of the deck are our weak creatures, unreliable draw & tutors and a fairly obvious combo that's easy to disrupt. Fortunately the combo has a lot of different potential pieces so losing one isn't a big deal.
If blue mages are hassling ya, consider including Pyroblast & Red Elemental Blast.
If you're not into combo I think Koll has a lot of value potential for long, slow & grindy games but that's a different deck entirely. I might throw one together.
